Bob Miller and Dan Fannon founded Innovative Business
Solutions in response to the growing need for small and mid-sized companies to access financial

 Bob Miller
Bob has held several positions with both small and successful well managed multi-national
firm’s as Controller, Director of Business and Strategic Planning and Vice President of Finance.
Bob has led Innovative Business Solutions in successfully supporting the expansion
of high growth, entrepreneurial companies.
Bob holds a B.S. in Accounting from City University of New York, Queens
College, and an MBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
Dan Fannon
Dan has spent his career
working in a host of industries, which include Advertising, Healthcare and Professional Services as Controller and Treasurer.
During the past twenty years, Dan has been working with small and mid-sized business owners providing consulting and
financial assistance, while successfully supporting their growth, development and success.
Dan holds his degree
from Temple University.
